Aims and Scope

The Revista Científica General José María Córdova (ISSN: 1900-6586 / e-ISSN: 2500-7645) is an interdisciplinary journal indexed in Scopus (Q2 SJR) directed to military and strategic studies. The RCGJMC publishes original research articles that explore theoretical and empirical approaches to the study of power and its legitimate use for national interests. Its objective is the construction of a strategic culture that articulates the available means with the ways and national capabilities to achieve the leading ends of the State. In the Latin American and Caribbean region, the RCGJMC is a bellwether that converges multiple academic perspectives and professional experiences to contribute to the consolidation of democracy and defense of human rights.
