Aims and Scope
Acta Neuropathologica´s mission is to publish the best articles on pathology and pathogenesis of neurological disease. The journal focuses on structural and molecular neuropathology using human tissue, animal models and in vitro systems.
The editors feel that not only scientific excellence, but also efficiency of manuscript handling are key parameters of journal quality. Key figures of Acta Neuropathologica including very short turnaround times, i.e.a mean of 12 days between submission and first decision, and a mean of 10 days between acceptance and online publication.
