Motivation:
The review process was too long, and its quality was poor. The journal rejected my paper after 11 months with just two revisions. Reviewer 1 posed some minor changes, such as adding some information for reproducibility and including some references, which cannot be considered enough for rejecting a paper. However, reviewer 2 suggested rejecting the paper without giving any reason or pointing out any defects.
