Motivation:
GCB invited two reviewers, both of whom made quick decisions. One reviewer fully endorsed our research, while the other raised many questions about the defining criteria and recommended rejection. I find it hard to believe that this reviewer truly understood our article. Nevertheless, GCB remains an excellent journal.
