Motivation:
My manuscript remained under review for almost one year, during which the journal invited more than 110 reviewers but failed to secure the required peer reviews. Eventually, the paper was rejected solely due to the inability to obtain reviewers, despite no scientific evaluation. This prolonged delay significantly harmed the novelty and timely dissemination of the research, and the editorial process was highly unsatisfactory.
