Motivation:
Extended time to receive review outcome; especially second series of minor revisions. However, there was an initial difficulty to recruit reviewers. Likewise, there were a number of lost messages or failed communication at various stages at the editorial level, which delayed things. The review itself was fair or reasonable and made marginal improvements to the manuscript.
