Motivation:
Moderately good process through second revision. The problem was that, after second revision, the editorial office made a decision(accept) on the submission page, but no letter of decision was sent for a month. I contacted them as soon as I noticed, and the letter of decision was sent right after that. I think this was just a mistake, and I am satisfied with the overall process.
