Motivation: The weakest point in the review process was that editorial pre-evaluation stage took more than a month. The reviewers were professional and constructive. Suggestions from the chief editor were also constructive.

Motivation: I haven't marked the highest score because the manuscript seemed to be stucked in the editorial process at two times and advanced only after I contacted the editorial office.
