Motivation:
The journal homepage said there would be a double blind review of at least 2 reviewers, yet I only receive 1 review that literally only said "interesting concept, need rework" without where or which point to fix, then the AE proceed to reject without even considering obtaining another review report. What an absolute joke of a journal.
