The Journal of International Management is devoted to advancing an understanding of issues in the management of global enterprises, global management theory, and practice; and providing theoretical and managerial implications useful for the further development of research. Since the paper passed editor in chief and assistant editor and I received one positive and one negative review I thought that maybe it could be send to a third reviewer for another opinion... anyways I sent a request to the editor in chief but I never got the answer.
