Motivation:
The submission process for this journal is unique. You have to get the reviews yourself before submitting to the office after which it seems they mostly accept it. My experience with the editorial office was the most unprofessional and unscientific I have ever experienced. It is clear to me this journal does not have a credible review or publication process.
