Motivation:
There would seem to be some problems at the journal editorial office - in spite of repeated efforts to get information our paper was not sent out to reviewers. We wasted six months waiting for something to happen, then had to withdraw it and begin reformatting it for a different journal. I tried writing to the journal office but no reply or explanation.
