Motivation:
The review process itself was fast and efficient. A reviewer was secured quickly and provided helpful feedback. However, the editorial support and technical infrastructure were very disappointing. A technical glitch during the LaTeX file upload caused massive system errors, and due to generic and unhelpful support responses, the resubmission was delayed for several weeks. While the academic side was smooth, the technical handling needs major improvement.
