Motivation:
This journal requires for 2 reviews but the editor was able to find only one, after having contacted several members of our research teams (who naturally declined the invitation) and even the first author herself ! Then despite the first reviewer gave a positive opinion about the article, it was rejected which is very not very understandable from our side considering the reason given. It was really disappointing, especially for the fist author who is a PhD student.
